Other Information
Your stay requires a minimum of 7 nights with Saturday to Saturday bookings. Check-in is available between 17.00 and 19.00, and check-out is at 9.30. A security deposit is required, payable by cash or valid credit card. High-speed wifi connection is provided free of charge in the living room area of the villa. Air conditioning is available and operates based on energy consumption, activated upon your request. The swimming pool can be opened in low season upon request with advance notice of at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival date, and heating requires at least 2 weeks notice. These services are not available for last minute bookings made less than 3 weeks before arrival. The final cleaning service is compulsory, though the disposal of waste is not included in this fee. Dogs are welcome at the property with a limited number permitted, so please inquire if you plan to bring more than 2 dogs. In case of water supply issues in the area, the property may establish a consumption limit, with usage beyond this threshold subject to additional charges calculated at the end of your holiday period. For stays longer than 1 week, fresh sheets and towels will be delivered at the end of each week.
