The owner undertook the restoration with great care, seamlessly integrating contemporary comfort and modern conveniences with the heritage and traditions of the ancient stone building. A highlight of the property is the original tower, from which guests can admire the breathtaking landscapes of Tuscany.

The main living area is spacious and elegantly appointed, featuring refined sofas, a fireplace, and a dedicated dining area. The professional, fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge freezer, and ice maker. On this level, a studio with a sofa bed provides flexible sleeping arrangements, along with a guest room that benefits from its own private bathroom with shower. 2 large bedrooms are also located on this floor, each with an ensuite bathroom with shower, a safe, a walk-in wardrobe, and a satellite television.

The lower floor houses 2 additional bedrooms, each complete with its own shower room, wardrobe, and television. Please note that all double bedrooms throughout the villa are not convertible into 2 single beds. A refundable security deposit of 3,000.00 euros will be held on the guest's credit card via a pre-authorized procedure, or alternatively by bank transfer paid no later than a specified number of days before the arrival date. This deposit covers any potential damages or losses incurred during the stay and will be released by bank transfer within 7 working days following departure, provided no damages have occurred. Guests who pay by credit card should be aware that bank details will be required for the release of the deposit.

The rental price includes a buffet breakfast served either indoors or outdoors, maid service for 5 hours per day, a daily change of bath towels, firewood, and a family dinner prepared by a chef with one assistant, consisting of 2 light courses and a bottle of wine.
