Villa Monticchiello is a beautifully restored luxury farmhouse in the heart of Tuscany's Orcia Valley, spanning over 700 sqm across 2 floors. Originally acquired as a ruin, the property was patiently and thoughtfully brought back to life by its current owners, who transformed it into an exceptional retreat accommodating up to 14 guests across 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
The ground floor is home to the main living and sleeping areas. A spacious living room opens directly onto the garden and pool area, while a second, more intimate common room features a working fireplace and sofas, offering a warm and cozy atmosphere. A large dining area with a wooden table provides ample space for group meals, and a dedicated laundry room completes the communal spaces on this level. The night area of the ground floor comprises 4 double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom equipped with either a shower or a bathtub, as well as 1 twin room with a private bathroom with shower.
A stone staircase leads to the first floor, which opens onto an additional common area with a fireplace and sofas. This floor also features a second fully equipped kitchen.
