The vast park, extending across approximately 3 hectares, transitions naturally into dense woodland at the rear of the property, directly accessible from the garden and crossed by numerous walking paths where glimpses of hares, porcupines, and roe deer can be enjoyed. The non-heated swimming pool, open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October, is positioned on a terrace at a lower level approximately 15 metres from the house, reached via a short flight of steps and a paved pathway across the lawn. Measuring 6 x 9 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres, the pool is lined in PVC, features a wooden edge and a ladder for water access, and is equipped with a chlorine purification system. The surrounding stone-paved sunbathing area is bordered by hedges and furnished with sunbeds and an umbrella. Adjacent to the pool, a wisteria-covered pergola provides a shaded and relaxing retreat with a table and chairs, and a cold-water shower is also available for your convenience.
