Directly outside the living room French windows, a large portico with a wooden-beamed roof serves as an inviting outdoor dining and relaxation space, furnished with chairs, a dining table, a sofa, and a movable barbecue, all framed by views over the surrounding green hills. The panoramic swimming pool, which is non-heated, is positioned at a slightly lower level than the house, approximately 15 metres away, and is accessible via a stretch of lawn or a few steps. The rectangular pool measures 12 x 6 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres and is equipped with chlorine purification, PVC lining, internal lights, and a thermal cover for overnight use. The terracotta-paved sunbathing area surrounding the pool is complemented by a spacious lawn furnished with sunbeds, a swing, and a gazebo that provides welcome shade during the hottest hours of the day, along with a small table and sofa.
