A beautiful corner portico faces out first over the lawn and then towards the sea, providing an idyllic setting for reading, relaxing, or simply taking in the view. Scattered throughout the garden, you will find dedicated seating and relaxation areas designed to make the most of the surrounding scenery. The pergola adjacent to the dining area is fully equipped for outdoor meals and features a convenient barbecue, making al fresco dining a natural and pleasurable part of daily life at the villa. Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon your arrival.

The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 11 by 3 metres, is positioned just a few metres from the house, discreetly set apart and encircled by olive trees that ensure complete privacy for swimmers while preserving tranquillity for those who prefer to remain indoors. Purified using an ozone system, the pool is reached by crossing the lawn and is complemented by a solarium terrace of approximately 23 square metres, furnished with sunbeds, deck chairs, and umbrellas for your full enjoyment. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.

The primary access to the terrace is from the sitting room, though it can also be reached from the garden. To the right of the sitting room, a lift connects all 3 floors, accompanied by a bathroom with shower and a wooden staircase leading to both the first floor and the basement sleeping areas. On the first floor, the sleeping area comprises 2 double bedrooms, one of which features a sloping ceiling and a balcony, and a shared bathroom with a bathtub. On the right side of the hallway, a bedroom with 2 beds is available, while on the left, a bathroom with shower and a laundry area serve this level. Opposite the entrance, a double bedroom with access to the portico is accompanied by its own bathroom with shower. The villa also features wooden walls, sliding doors, and large windows throughout, ensuring that each room feels both connected to the whole and independently private. A lift serves all floors, ensuring full accessibility for all guests.
