Please be aware that photo shoots are typically carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and surrounding park may vary at the time of your arrival.

The non-heated swimming pool is located approximately 70 meters from the villa and is fully fenced for safety and privacy. Rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 6 meters with a maximum depth of 2.50 meters, and access to the water is via steps. The surrounding solarium is paved in travertine and furnished with sun loungers, tables, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower, creating a complete and comfortable poolside experience. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Most rooms on this level benefit from large windows with direct access to the garden.

The first floor is accessible via an internal staircase or through the original main entrance of the villa. It houses 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms with joinable beds, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower, and 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Also on this floor is the ancient kitchen, preserved in its original form and featuring a traditional Tuscan fireplace.

The second floor is reached via a travertine staircase and contains 4 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. It is possible to add a single bed in each of the rooms on this floor, offering additional flexibility for larger groups.

The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen, and both initial and final cleaning of the property.
