Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Vista del Lago are as carefully considered as the interiors, offering a harmonious blend of natural beauty and practical leisure facilities. The well-maintained fenced garden extends across approximately 10,000 square metres, the majority of which is covered by a lush green lawn dotted with flowering bushes and potted plants in vibrant seasonal colours. Surrounding the lawn, guests will find olive, apple, almond, fig, and apricot trees, as well as aromatic herbs, creating a truly immersive countryside experience. It is worth noting that the garden photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering and the colour of the grass may differ at the time of your arrival. Stepping out from the kitchen and living room through the French windows, you are welcomed onto a shaded portico that houses a fully equipped outdoor dining area complete with a barbecue and a traditional wood oven, ideal for long alfresco meals in the warm Umbrian air. The non-heated swimming pool, reserved exclusively for the use of guests, is situated approximately 5 metres from the house and enjoys a spectacular open view towards Lake Alviano. Rectangular in shape, it measures 10 x 6 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres. The pool is lined in PVC, features chlorine purification, internal lighting, and a metal ladder for water access. The surrounding paved area is furnished with sunbeds and a large umbrella, and a hot-water outdoor shower is also available nearby. The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

Unit Layout

Vista del Lago is a two-storey villa complemented by a separate annex, together accommodating a maximum of 12 guests across 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The main entrance on the ground floor opens into a kitchen divided into 2 communicating areas, open plan with the dining room, and a sitting room with direct access to the garden. Also on the ground floor, you will find a single bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, a laundry room, and a guest bathroom. The wooden internal staircase leads to the first floor, where 2 double bedrooms each feature an en-suite bathroom with shower and wardrobes. The remaining rooms on this floor consist of a twin bedroom, a single bedroom with a 1.20-metre-wide bed, and a double bedroom, all sharing a bathroom equipped with a whirlpool tub. Please note that the fireplaces located in the bedrooms are ornamental. The annex, shaded by a large oak tree and situated a short distance from the main villa, houses a living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available in all of the villa's bedrooms as well as in the annex living room.
