The entire property is connected to high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring seamless connectivity throughout your stay. From the hilltop position, the horizon opens onto the unmistakable silhouette of Mount Cetona, creating a landscape of rare beauty and tranquillity.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Podere di Salci are among its most captivating features, designed to invite relaxation and immersion in the surrounding natural scenery. The 3,000 square metre garden is home to a rich variety of aromatic plants, lavender, and beautiful white roses, creating a fragrant and visually stunning environment throughout the seasons. A charming porch provides a shaded area ideal for al fresco dining and leisurely afternoons, while the garden itself offers ample space for guests to unwind in complete privacy. Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, so the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may vary depending on the time of your arrival.

The panoramic non-heated pool is positioned approximately 20 metres from the main building and can be reached by a short walk through the garden. Oval in shape, it measures 12 by 6 metres with a varying depth ranging from 1.4 to 1.7 metres. The pool is equipped with a salt purification system and internal lighting, and it is accessible via Roman-style stairs. The surrounding solarium area is finished partly in traditional cotto paving and partly in grass, and it is furnished with sun loungers, a pergola, and a solar-powered outdoor shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April through the first Saturday of October.

Podere di Salci is configured across 2 floors, connected both by an internal staircase and by external stairs that lead to a panoramic terrace providing access to the upper level. Podere di Salci sits within a 5-hectare estate and is accessed via a 5-kilometre dirt road. The final 800 metres of this access road are narrow and uneven, and it is strongly recommended that guests travel in SUVs or off-road vehicles to reach the property safely.

The property accommodates a maximum of 1 pet per stay. Acceptance of animals must be authorised in advance by the owner, who requires prior communication of the number of animals, their size, and their breed.

The property is surrounded by a landscape that changes with the seasons. As the promotional photographs were taken in spring, the appearance of the garden, including the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the grass, may differ from what is depicted upon your arrival.
