Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Villa Beltramonto are a true extension of the villa's gracious hospitality, spread across approximately 5,000 square metres of hilly terrain that unfolds over 2 distinct terraces. The upper terrace is home to the south-facing swimming pool, a non-heated rectangular pool measuring 5 x 8 metres with a varying depth of 1.10 to 1.50 metres. Lined in sand-coloured PVC and equipped with salt purification, internal and external lighting, and Roman steps for water access, the pool is surrounded by a fenced sunbathing area paved in stone and furnished with shaded sunbeds. A large gazebo adjacent to the pool area has been elegantly appointed with a seating area and a poolside dining area, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the magical sunsets that have become one of the villa's most celebrated features. A cold-water shower is also available in this area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Approximately 40 metres from the house and accessible via a flight of steps, the pool area offers an open panoramic viewpoint over the surrounding countryside. The lower areas of the garden feature lawn sections, a rich variety of plants, aromatic herb bushes, and olive trees that frame the open landscapes visible from every side of the property. A charming gazebo with an outdoor dining area, a barbecue, a wood oven, and a ping pong table is set within this colourful and secluded spot. Vine-covered pergolas positioned directly outside the main living areas are equipped with tables for outdoor dining, creating additional spaces for al fresco meals. The laundry room is accessible directly from the kitchen. On the first floor, the remaining sleeping quarters consist of 5 double bedrooms, 1 of which features a divisible bed, each with its own private bathroom with shower. Every bedroom is air-conditioned and benefits from panoramic views over the surrounding landscape, ensuring a restful and visually captivating stay throughout.
