The rental rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, gas for cooking, and internet connection, as well as weekly linen, initial cleaning, and final cleaning. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival, and benefit from EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations provided.
