Il n'est pas indiqué qu'il y a d'un coté un ensemble de logements et leurs dépendances dans un bâtiment et d'un autre coté, à 200 mètres environ, une maison individuelle dans le même domaine. Tous les locaux sont aménagés avec bon gout. La reception par le gestionnaire sur place est facile et agréable. L'équipement intérieur pourrait être un peu amélioré. La situation de l'ensemble de ces logements dans un vaste domaine très arboré et en pleine nature est très agréable ainsi que la proximité de la ville et de la mer. La présentation des quatre logements dans l'ensemble de la propriété n'est pas bonne sur le site de Easy Reserve puisqu'on ne peut se rendre compte de la proximité des logements entre eux. LEsedra di Santo Stefano 2OO-2 est en fait une maison individuelle dans la propriété mais à 200 m des autres logements. Cela cependant ne nous a pas géné.La propriété est très vaste et très calme et nous avons été très bien accueillis par le gérant sur place. La maison individuelle est très agréable et les autres logements sont pratiques et disposent des espaces communs bien aménagés. La situation de la propriété est bonne par rapport à la ville et à la mer, ainsi qu'à la gare.
