Property Description

Villa Mugello is a large private 8-bedroom villa dating back to year 1500 and situated in the Mugello area, approx. 30 km north of Florence. This vacation rental, surrounded by cultivated fields and chestnut woods, comprises a main villa with an adjoining apartment (accessible from the outside). An additional unit is occasionally occupied by the property owners do not share with their guests the use of the garden or of the pool. The villa interiors are simple and welcoming.
A short distance away there is a renowned shopping mall with some of the best Italian brands. The Mugello racetrack is circa 8 km away and Lake Bilancino with water sport facilities is approx. 20 km away.
The town of Borgo San Lorenzo with railway station (trains to Florence) is 5 km away.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road (900 m).
