The villa was divided into 4 apartments which are connected internally and are rentable only together as a private accommodation. The interiors are welcoming and tastefully furnished. On the ground floor there is a large, furnished portico ideal for al-fresco dining.
A railway line runs in the bottom of the valley. Easy train connections to Florence and Rome are available from the city of Arezzo.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.

Villa rental with private pool in the hills of San Casciano dei Bagni. The villa has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8-10 people. It is located just 3 km from San Casciano dei Bagni, a town famous for its hot springs, very close to the splendid Val d’Orcia area in the province of Siena. The villa is tastefully furnished, and offers large outdoor spaces and a beautiful private pool.
Within a 50-100 km radius, you can visit the Val d’Orcia’s most important historical places of interest, such as Pienza, Montalcino, San Quirico d’Orcia, Contignano, Bagno Vignoni, Radicofani and the famous Crete Senesi area, which spans from the border of Siena and Arezzo provinces to Mount Amiata (1738 meters above sea level).
Access to the villa is via a 1,5 km unpaved road.
