To the right of the main entrance, a hallway leads to 2 bedrooms, one featuring a divisible bed and one a double bed, both with ensuite bathrooms, as well as an additional bathroom serving the floor.
On the first floor, a sitting room to the right of the staircase faces the billiard room, which is a large, brightly lit space with a frescoed vaulted ceiling. The sitting room connects to a suite comprising a double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a private sitting room. The billiard room leads to a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The estate offers a remarkable and unique logistical advantage for guests arriving by private aircraft. Approximately 1.5 kilometres from the property, a private airfield of approximately 1,000 metres in length and 30 metres in width, complete with a hangar, has been constructed, making Tenuta di Pratello one of the very few holiday properties in Tuscany accessible directly by private plane.
Pets are welcome at the property. Please note that an additional mandatory cleaning fee applies for guests travelling with animals.
It is worth noting that the photographs of the property and its gardens have been taken in spring; therefore, the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden lawns may differ from what you observe upon arrival, depending on the season of your visit.
