Das Haus ist absolut ausreichend eingerichtet, dass Areal um den Pool ist toll. Die Fürsorge von Hauswart Bruno ist exzellent. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber funktionell.

We had a wonderful welcome at Magia 2 from Silvana with 2 bottles of wine and a home made apricot tart. The villa was all finished to a high specification with exclusive use of the large swimming pool. Easy access to Pisa, Florence the beach and Siena by car. Supermarket and pizzerias within walking distance.
A couple of minor issues dripping AC in 2nd bedroom and boiler broke on last day but these didn’t distract from our lovely holiday..

Küche ist allerdings in einem "Schrank", daher recht kleine Arbeitsfläche und man stösst sich anfangs schmerzhaft die Zehen, da der gewohnte freie Bereich unterm Schrank nicht ist. :)
Direkt vor dem Aussensitz führt eine unbefestigte Straße/Feldweg vorbei, die mehrfach von Fahrzeugen, die wohl zu dem gesamten Anwesen gehören, genutzt wird.
Kein Grill vorhanden, bzw. nur ein gemauerter vor der Terrasse der größeren Wohnung um die Ecke.
Eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Betreuung vor Ort.

Kitchen is however in a "cupboard", therefore quite small working area and one pushes at first painfully the toes, since the usual free area under the closet is not there :)
Directly in front of the outside seat leads an unpaved road, which is used several times by vehicles that probably belong to the entire property.
No barbecue available, or just a masonry in front of the terrace of the larger apartment around the corner.
A very nice and helpful on-site support.

Very nice location. Beautiful garden. Nice beach and good restaurant just nearby.
Apartment was not really clean and generally lacks maintenance. Several busted bulbs. Glasses are old (milky) same as the mattresses are old and need to be exchanged urgently. Unfortunately there is no air-condition installed, and even not one fan was available. We bought one from the local store and left it in the apartment. Hope next guests will benefit from it during summer time.
Last but not least, there is about 500 meters of gravel-road to reach the house. It's not recommended to get there with a sports car.

The owners were really helpful and the grounds are very very well maintained. We had all we needed and loved the location too. Big thanks to Frederico who have excellent help during out stay.

The agriturismo is not the main business of this family, and it shows well. At the arrival the office was very messy and disorganized and the and the welcome was without enthusiasm. The property has little atmosphere of what you may expect from a agriturismo. Inside everything was clean and looked simple but well at first sight. But no woman's hand was involved white the interior design. The quality of the bed was really poor, in fact below acceptable level. It was wobbling in al directions and had no stability what so ever. Several lights where not or only partly working (light bulbs were broken), and in the shower it self no light at all was working. Simple cleaning stuff in the kitchen like dish towels and a dishwashing brush or sponge were not present. For the remote control of the airconditioning unit we had to pay additionally € 10,- per day. What was there though were 6 bottles of wine from the winery with a price list...
The outside area was clean and looked well maintained. But no attention was given to the design of the surroundings of the lawn. Not even some pots with flowering plants, so it looked as if the design had not started yet. The swimming pool was good and clean and good sun beds where present.
