Wunderschönes Haus. Uns war nicht klar, dass die Räume in 2 Häuser verteilt waren. Wir wollten uns nicht trennen und haben am Ende überall geschlafen. Das Internet ist sehr langsam und man hat nicht überall Empfang. Aber das Haus hat Alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Hausbesitzer hatte die Gute das Haus mit Toilettenpapier, Handseife und Spülmittel zu versorgen, was unser Einkommen erleichterte.
Er gab uns sehr guten Tipps und war immer zur Hand.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Beautiful house. It was not clear to us that the rooms were divided into two houses. We didn't want to separate and ended up sleeping all over the place. The internet is very slow and you don't have reception everywhere. But the house has everything you need. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The house owner was so kind to provide the house with toilet paper, hand soap and detergent, which made our stay easier.
He gave us very good tips and was always on hand.

We had the best week at Villa Le Ferrette! The villa is in a great location and has fantastic views. We sat by the pool, played soccer, had ping pong tournaments and cooked meals almost every night! The owner, Stefano, was very hospitable! He helped secure the chef, musician and photographer for my birthday party and was available to answer any questions throughout our stay. We had plenty of room for our large group and we were very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is nice. I highly recommend the villa plus Stefano is the best!

Everyone should be aware, that being the first guests in spring, it will be still cold in the house. That is quite normal, but we were not used to that thought. But anyway: We LOVED that warm fire in the evenig... .

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa abbinata (nell'altra meta abitano i proprietari) dal 15 al 22 aprile, rimanendo molto soddisfatti del soggiorno sia per la location, sia per l'ambiente sotto il profilo "umano ".
La regione del Valdarno è molto suggestiva, a parer nostro, e non ha nulla da invidiare alle più celebrate colline contigue della Val di Chiana e Val d'Orcia.
La villetta ha tutti i requisiti per rendere il soggiorno assolutamente positivo: è comoda , pulita, dotata di ogni comfort. È circondata da un giardino molto curato, e si trova a due passi dal centro storico del delizioso borgo medioevale di Pergine.
I proprietari sono persone dal tratto gentile e garbato (al nostro attivo ci hanno fatto trovare bruschette e una bottiglia di vino), pronti a dare precise informazioni su luoghi e strutture della zona.
Ci torneremo sicuramente, anche perché siamo stati catturati dalla bellezza della vicinissima Arezzo, che ricordavamo come città grigia e poco accogliente sotto il profilo turistico, e che invece è diventata uno splendido centro e attivo polo culturale.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We stayed in this accommodation (the owners live in the other half) from April 15 to 22, being very satisfied with the stay both for the location and for the environment from a "human" point of view.
The Valdarno region is very suggestive, in our opinion, and has nothing to envy to the most celebrated contiguous hills of the Val di Chiana and Val d'Orcia.
The house has all the requirements to make the stay absolutely positive: it is comfortable, clean, equipped with every comfort. It is surrounded by a well-kept garden, and is located a stone's throw from the historic center of the delightful medieval village of Pergine.
The owners are kind and polite people (on our arrival they welcomed us with bruschetta and a bottle of wine), ready to give precise information on places and facilities in the area.
We will definitely return, also because we have been captivated by the beauty of nearby Arezzo, which we remembered as a gray city and not very welcoming from a tourist point of view, and which instead has become a splendid city and active cultural center.

Fabulous stay in a lovely property. Very welcoming owners. Kids really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space. Great location to explore Tuscany from. Lovely walks locally with great views. We will be back!

Es ist eine einzigartige Erfahrung, in diesem Schloß zu übernachten. In der Gegend gibt es fast auf jedem Hügel ein Schloß oder ein Weingut. Für den Preis haben wir aber sonst nichts gefunden. Ratsam ist allerdings ein Appartement mit Aussicht. Unseres (montegufoni 28) war das günstigste (Fenster liegt zu hoch und geht in den Hof). Das Schloß mit den Gärten drumherum ist aber sehr idyllisch.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] It is a unique experience to stay in this castle. There is a castle or winery on almost every hill in the area. We didn't find anything else for the price. An apartment with a view is advisable. Ours (montegufoni 28) was the cheapest (window is too high and faces the courtyard). The castle with the surrounding gardens is very idyllic.

Everything worked out well for our family’s week at VS: Very good house, grounds, location in Tuscany with access to other interesting towns, wineries and restaurants. Owners were a surportive, daily unobtrusive presence. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in San Donato. Ciclamini 1 is in the centre of the village and near good restaurants and easy access to all the major Tuscan sights . The apartment is comfortable, very clean and adequately equipped for our 11 day stay . I would not hesitate to recommend it . The village has a laundromat and grocery store and small supermarket.
The owners son Nicola was very helpful and pleasant to deal with . Only drawback for us was no WiFi but able to go to local tobac to pick up messages . Loved it !

In general it was Good. But their are different remarks like the location. Their is no view from the Hause ok. Very well equipped and clean but the Bathroom towel heater are not electric and only over the heating functioning which is exorbitant expensive.
Then we didn’t see were we could washing.
The House is very good equipped and nothing missing. We enjoyed it very much even there were a huge problem with one of the fireplaces.
Owner solved everything fine
