We were 2 couples visiting from Australia and loved the charm & ambience of this old Tuscan farmhouse. Very close to the town and old town. Very friendly owner who speaks very little English but he will be there quickly if you need him.

Nice house situated on a quite place. Worth renting it for holidays. We were good received by the owner with a tour guide of the property with at the end a bottle of delicious wire wine as a gift. I recommend renting this house for 1 or 2 families who want to come to rest and also want to visit Portofino, cinque terre and other nearby precious locations.

La chiensa is wonderful .We were looked after well by Riccardo and his family .Loved the seclusion,views and even though it was a little cold on April the pool is magnificent .
La chiensa is a practical ,homely and charactful space and it’s location mid way between Florence and Siena with San Gimignano only 10 minutes away is perfect .We had a great time

My travelling companions and I had high expectations prior to arriving, and Villa Fracassini exceeded our expectations in every way! The villa itself is very comfortable with large bedrooms, a very comfortable open plan living/dining/kitchen and a large, private yard; and, importantly, everything worked perfectly - all the appliances, the showers, WC, etc. However, the most important part of our visit to Pergine Valdarno at Villa Fracassini was the privilege and pleasure of meeting Irene who greeted us upon our arrival and was available to us each day for recommendations, insight, and guidance all of which enriched our experience and made our week in Tuscany among the most enjoyable and memorable travel adventures for all of us. We had a very happy week in this villa which is in a small group of properties about 400~500m away (walkable) from the charming main part of the village which has 4 good restaurants but no shop. The location is ideal for a variety of day trips including Siena and San Gimignano. We visited in early April and so did not use the pool but it appeared to be a good size and is shared with a few other apartments. The terrace and balcony are good for catching the afternoon sun if you are having a lazy day. We cooked in on two nights and all facilities were in good order. The three bathrooms were all spotless and in good order.

A wonderful house, with big rooms and a lot of space. Little difficult to find the way the first time, but it located close to a golf course and only 30 min from Florence

Soggiorno fantastico a Firenze! L'alloggio rispecchia fedelmente la descrizione: è attrezzato di tutto il necessario con elettrodomestici, utensili da cucina e mobili nuovissimi. Grazie alla rapida risposta della signora Rita siamo riuscite a risolvere il problema di campo che si è verificato (soprattutto con l'operatore Wind) grazie al modem wi fi installato in soggiorno. Ci tengo a sottolineare che la comunicazione è stata semplice e immediata, Rita è riuscita a rispondere a qualsiasi nostra domanda ed esigenza garantendoci un soggiorno perfetto. La posizione dell'alloggio è molto strategica in quanto si trova a metà percorso fra la stazione di santa maria novella e la fortezza da basso. Anche il sistema di check in e check out è molto intuitivo e veloce. Che dire ... speriamo di tornare presto a Firenze!
