Très bon accueil d'Elena mais surtout de Mario toujours prêt à échanger.
Maison confortable, propre et agréable.
Endroit très calme. Attention, difficile à trouver le 1er jour quand on ne connaît pas.
Note de 4 sur 5 car la propriétaire a organisé une fête avec des amis un après-midi autour de la piscine sans nous prévenir.

The house is great and has everything you need. Everything is clean and well maintained. The only problem was finding the house when we arrived on the first day. The address given in the reservation did not match the right location and we were unable to find the house for an hour and a half. Very frustrating. Especially after a long drive from Rome. It is recommended to place in the reservation an exact location that can be inserted into GPS and also to add signs from the road area leading to the direction of the house.

Toen de poort open ging naar het kleine maar zeer knusse complex hadden we meteen het gevoel dit is wat we graag willen.
Het ontvangst door Francesca was zeer hartelijk.
Het appartement Iris was echt geweldig, een ruim kamer keuken gedeelte welke gezellig was aangekleed. Alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Zowel links als rechts van deze ruimte bevonden zich een ruime 2 persoonskamer en een aparte ruime badkamer met toilet. Alles was keurig gepoetst en onderhouden.
Bij de badkamer vielen echt de details op met betrekking tot de inrichting en aankleding, geweldig. De slaapkamers waren voorzien van voldoende kasten voor opbergen van kleding en andere spullen. Niet geheel onbelangrijk, het bed was ook prima, we hebben er heerlijk geslapen.
Alle ruimten waren voorzien van een zeer goed werkende airconditioning, met uitzondering van de badkamers natuurlijk.
Buiten was er voor ons een eigen zitje met ruime tafel en 6 stoelen waar we iedere morgen heerlijk hebben ontbeten. Je hebt er voldoende privacy.
Het zwembad was keurig onderhouden net als het gazon erom heen. Er waren meer dan voldoende ligbedjes, stoelen en parasols aanwezig.
Tevens was er voldoende plek om de auto op het complex om te parkeren onder een overkapping.
Kortom, een geweldige tijd gehad bij Agriturismo Il Sambuco. Zeer zeker een aanrader voor als je niet op een groot complex wil verblijven. Het was er heerlijk rustig en de ligging is ook prima om uitstapjes te maken.

Belle maison toscane, superbe piscine. Accueil très agréable et beaucoup de place pour les locataires. Seul bémol : le bruit de la route qui passe à proximité. Il faut juste s’y habituer. En tout cas, la maison est bien située au milieu de la campagne toscane. Très pratique pour visiter la région.

Sehr schön! Ruhig gelegen, netter Ort, zentral in der Toskana, Bahnanschluss nach Siena, Lucca, Pisa und Florenz. Gute Ausstattung, wie auf den Bildern.

Grote woning, ruime kamers (enkel de badkamers zijn uitgerust met een kleine douchecabine), groot en goede onderhouden zwembad (werd elke ochtend schoongemaakt). Alles was heel proper. Ruim voldoende bestek, borden, glazen. Alle voorzieningen voor kleine kinderen incl omheind zwembad. Ook volleybalnet en pingpongtafel aanwezig. Warm onthaal ze doen echt moeite om je wegwijs te maken. Mooie streek. Heel dichtbij het stadje dus gemakkelijk om naar de bakker of supermarkt te gaan of lekker te gaan eten. We komen zeker terug!

We spent a lovely week in Villa Silvia in August 2018 - the house is just amazing and spacious and well equipped. Silvia the owner is smiling, very nice and helpfull. Highly recommended for children because the pool is great for them as well as for adults. The house is located in calm place in private area, you do not have to be worried. With car you can easily get to small shop nearby or bigger one in town. We highly recommmend restaurant Sasso Matto (10 km) - Serena the owner is very nice, speaks very good English and their food is simply amazing - also the enviromnent around restaurant is very nice.
Potencial hosts should know that owner lives in the house nearby and visit villa every day for taking your rubbish out, filling and cleaning the pool etc. My comment is that sometimes the man just appeared very suddenly (when you think you are alone...) There should be some time settled at the beggining of our stay so we knew in advance he was going to show up ...
Also he filled the pool each morning when we wanted to have a shower but the water pressure was low and we did not have any water available...
Even though you are on vacation be ready for waking up with owners dog barking or grass cutting from 7 a.m. We understand it was hot during the day for grass cutting but it bothered us quite a lot.
There is no air conditioning in the house which means you sleep in about 30 degrees in the middle of hot summer.
And the most annoying were mosquitoes. There are nets in windows, we brought some plug repellents or spray repellents but nothing stopped them - especially the children were terribly chipped from the mosquitoes.
The wifi was brokend when we came - my husband repaired it. The washing machine was broken too - the technician came on Wednesday and fully repaired it on Friday - the day before we left.
There are some limits, but everything is balanced by the beauty of the house. We really liked our vacation in Villa Silvia. Thank you.
