The villa dates back to the 15th century and it is made up of three apartments (which are rented together ) along with a fourth apartment where the owners reside. The interiors of the three rentals are comfortably finished and contain some antique furnishings. Outside there is a large garden area and a large scenic terrace offering fantastic views of the hills of Siena.
The owners (who look after the family’s agriculture business) share the use of an internal courtyard that accesses the apartments, but only this is shared. The garden has a great variety of plants and in the centre is a unique swimming pool converted from a Romantic fishpond from the 1800s.
The location of Villa Pietro is perfect for visiting the nearby cities of art: Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and the beautiful Tuscan countryside of the Chianti and Vald’Orcia zones.
A picturesque avenue of cypress trees (approx. 350 m long, dirt road) leads to the property.
From nearby Siena guests can easily take the train to discover many more of Tuscany’s cities.
Distances: Ville di Corsano with many shops as well as a bus stop for Siena is just 1 km away, Monteroni d’Arbia 10 km, Siena 15 km, Montalcino 35 km, Pienza 50 km, San Gimignano 52 km, Florence 80 km.
Available to guests: Large, well-cared for garden with beautiful pool (irregular shape but roughly 100 m2 in size and 1,3 m in depth), outdoor furnished areas and large terrace with views of the surrounding landscape. Free WI-FI available.

Ground floor: Living room with fireplace (for decoration purposes only) and dining area, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Apartment 3
(2 People) 35 m2
First floor: Kitchenette (oven, freezer), double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Access to this apartment is via a set of stairs also used by the owners to access their own apartment.

When the property is booked for a group of 8/9 people (in which case the rent is reduced) apartment 3 is kept closed.
