- Spinach fresh and clean 1 kg
- Olive Oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- Béchamel sauce (2 cups)
- Grated Parmesan
- Salt and Pepper

- Clean the spinach and place directly into a pan without water, salt slightly, cover and cook for about ten minutes.
- When cooked, leave to cool and squeeze out the water.
- Sauté in olive oil the garlic and before this colour, add the spinach.
- Salt and sauté for about ten minutes.
- Add about half of the béchamel sauce, place in a oven dish, salt and pepper and cover with the rest of béchamel sauce, sprinkle with parmesan and cook in the hot oven for about 20 minutes.
