Here we are again with another Villa Spotlight where we dig through our archives to pull our a gem of a property just for you!
This week we're off to the Arezzo Countryside to a property called Villa Ulivi & La Casina. This Villa is very difficult to describe as words could not do justice to the fantastic architecture.
It is located just on top of a small hill in the Tuscan Countryside and is just 700mt from the medieval town of Lucignano. It has recently undergone renovation and it is furnished to the classic Tuscan taste while offering every modern comfort.

There are two different houses in the property (Villa Ulivi and Villa La Casina) but if you have a party of 8 or less and don't need Villa La Casina then it will not be rented during your stay so that the property remains completely private.
This is one of the things that we really like about this holiday rental.
No matter what, the owners will do what they can to help maintain the privacy for your group.
We absolutely adore the swimming pool in this property as the location of the pool means that while you are swimming you can look out at the beautiful panoramic views of Tuscany. We also love the patio area with tables where you can sit and relax in the sunshine while enjoying the views.
