Typical itineraries of the area focus largely on culture, art and food and, while these are things that are key to any Tuscan visit, it is not all that the region has to offer.

This is where you can discover the excitement of “Tarzaning” or “Arboring”, as many people call it, i.e. swinging from tree to tree.
The process involves jumping into the air, hanging from your climbing harness and pulley, and swinging from one tree to another with the help of small bridges, ropes, and gangways. The park offers 10 different aerial trails, all at different heights and designed to cater to every age group.
Visits involve a brief theory-practice lesson with an instructor first, who will teach visitors how to “tarzan” safely with a proper climbing harness, a double halter equipped with snap hooks, a pulley and a helmet. Then you will get to go out and try it for yourself.

As mentioned, there are a number of trails, including: the Butterfly trail. which a meter above the ground, ideal for children 3 to 6 years old; the Dormouse and Sloth Bear trails, designed for children 6 to 10 years old; the Ladybird and Cricket trails, higher trails for children 8 years or older; and the 4 Acrobatic “Tarzaning” trails that can be as high as 10 meters, for adults and adolescents 14 years or older.
Located just a few kilometers from the city, close by the Villa Demidoff, the park is the perfect place to take a day trip to when visiting Florence. You can avoid the tourist crowds, lines and hustle and bustle for a day, get some fresh air and exercise and have great fun!
