1. Stay In Contact With Your Key Holder


Before your arrival, you will be sent the address of the property and details on how to get in touch with the owner/agency/key holder. Throughout your vacation, this person/group is your main point of contact. If you have small issues with your rental property or something happens such as your arrival is very delayed, please keep your key holder informed at all times.


2. Tell Us About the Problem First


In the unfortunate case that something goes wrong, such as an amenity in the villa not working, be sure to get in touch right away. Remember, an issue can only be resolved when it occurs and not after the fact, once your vacation is already over. Some guests only inform us about something after it has affected their vacation and, at that point, it is beyond our control to fix it – oftentimes, it is something we could, and would, have easily and gladly sorted out! If you tell us right away, however, we can ensure it gets fixed and then you won’t have to worry about it again and can go about the important business – having a perfect holiday in Tuscany!

3. If There Is A Bigger Issue


Your first port of call is always the owner/key holder with whom you will communicate upon arrival but should there be any issues with communication or a resolution, then you should also reach out directly to us and our team for additional support.

4. Use All Of Our Contact Methods


While we always try to get back to our customers as promptly as is possible, there are times - such as when the office is closed for the weekend or during busy periods of the summer high season - where members of staff are doing their best but may take a moment to get back to you. This can mean that if you send us an email or a message on social media, it might take a day or two for a reply. We understand that this might sometimes be frustrating, especially if something is happening and you require a swift reply. In such a scenario, we kindly ask you to also reach out in one of our alternate methods, such as through the phone numbers listed on our contact us page.


Of course, the key holder is always your first point of contact, as we have noted, and may be called upon for quick fixes to issues such as repairs/replacements to amenities, etc. However, if there is a bigger issue that you need resolved by us, do get in touch. We will also do our best to get back to you and help in any way we can, we just ask your cooperation and patience.
