According to 17th century architectural conventions there is a rustic ground floor with a stately piano nobile above. On the ground floor is a charming Tuscan country kitchen, a spacious dining room with seating for 12 to 14 people, laundry facilities, and a convenient powder room. Then, on the piano nobile there is a large formal living room or salone, alongside three of the luxurious bedroom suites. Two are suites with king beds and marble bathrooms with both bathtubs and a shower while the third has a king bed and a marble bathroom with shower. A modern office or study is also located on this floor. On the top floor the is a second large living room with a wide-screen satellite television and two more bedroom suites with king beds and marble bathrooms with bathtubs and showers, a bedroom with two twin beds and a marble bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a charming library. A wine cellar is also located on the grounds to the delight of connoisseurs.
