The roof of the main house can be opened to ventilate and cool down the entire building (thanks to a system of hydraulic pistons). The house's special large windows can be opened to unite the indoor and outdoor areas. The furnishing is modern and refined.
The villa is surrounded by 10 hectares of land with olive groves and woods.
Access to the property is via a partly unpaved road, with a narrow section about 100 meters long (maximum width 2 meters).

A final cleaning service is required at the end of the stay. Electricity and air conditioning are metered separately. Pets are welcome upon prior request, subject to an additional weekly fee.
