The village of San Giustino Valdarno with restaurants, bars and shops is about 1 km away.
Maximum relax in the beautiful private swimming pool (mt. 10x4,5, depth mt. 1,40, completely fenced - open from 01st May to 30th September ) with solarium equipped with deckchairs, tables and sun umbrellas and in the gazebo overlooking the valley below. Where to spend relaxing days to read, eat outside or just to enjoy the landscape that is lost at a glance. Families will not fail to appreciate the children's play area and the tennis table; the little house with barbecue, wood oven and sink is ideal if you enjoy cooking and eating outdoors.

The lower terrace is home to the main swimming pool, a rectangular structure measuring 20 x 8 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.10 to 2.5 meters. The pool is covered in PVC with internal lighting, features chlorine purification, a submerged ladder, counter-current swimming, and manually operated geysers, and is heated by solar panels. It is accessible via a 30-meter path and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The surrounding solarium is paved with travertine and wood and furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a shaded gazebo. Adjacent to the main pool is a second circular children's pool, covered in mosaic, with shallow water, hydromassage, and a shower with both hot and cold water. The entire pool area is fenced for safety and privacy. Beyond the pools, the estate offers an impressive range of outdoor sporting and recreational facilities. The covered parking area is located 700 meters from the entrance gate and just a few meters from the buildings. Pets are welcome at the property. The weekly rental rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use, as well as weekly linen service and initial and final cleaning.
