Casa Rosa is situated on the same estate as Villa Clara, a villa we have been succesfully renting for years, and used to be one of the farmers’ houses. The garden and swimming pool have been positioned on the opposite side of Villa Clara to assure total privacy. One of the rooms has facilities for disabled guests. There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house. The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.
Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property perfect for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a private pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of sightseeing. Villa Pedone is situated on a quiet and secluded hillside, surrounded by breathtaking views of olive groves and vineyards. Although you will feel far away from the city, Lucca is only 10 minutes away by car. It is an ideal location, as you will see on the map, the city of Lucca is positioned centrally in the Tuscan region. It is aprox. only 15 km from the sea side and 10km from the mountains. The villa, equipped with all comforts, is composed of a main house and guest house, sleeping a total of up to 12 people. The property is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, from which the owners produce wine and olive oil (guests will be offered a tasting in the estate's cellars).
