The non-heated pool is located on a lower terrace of the garden, rectangular in shape and measuring 12 x 6 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.5 to 2 metres. Access to the pool is via ladder, and it features salt purification and internal lighting. The surrounding solarium area covers approximately 140 square metres, combining paved surfaces and lawn, and is fully equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and outdoor lighting.
