A few steps from the house and immersed among the olive trees is the completely fenced swimming pool for your exclusive use (size 5x10 m - depth 1.10-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), a green oasis for your summer days. In front of the house you will have a large fenced-in courtyard equipped with a table and chairs on the nice porch, where you can enjoy grills and good local wine. Located south of Siena on the edge of the Crete Senesi, the property enjoys a tranquil, panoramic position inside a large farm (400 hectares) that produces wine and olive oil. Magnificent view of the countryside, characterized by the rolling hills of the Val D’Orcia and the city of Siena on the horizon. The apartments are furnished in a comfortable, rustic style. Outside, guests may use a charming, partially covered terrace (110m2) with a beautiful view.
The property can also be rented in its entirety for small groups, in which case guests may use a large, shared common room with kitchen.

The beautifully maintained yard, rich with a wide variety of plants and flowers, frames the property with natural elegance and provides a serene outdoor environment for the entire duration of your visit.
Outdoors
The outdoor spaces at Poderino are a true highlight of the property, offering a harmonious blend of natural beauty and practical comfort. The park features an impressive variety of Mediterranean vegetation, including olive trees, cypresses, and holm oaks, while the area immediately in front of the villa is adorned with lemon plants, jasmine, oleander, and an assortment of potted flowers. Near the main entrance, a shaded parking area provides convenient vehicle access, and a dedicated alfresco dining area, sheltered by a sunbed canopy, invites leisurely outdoor meals in the open air. On the first floor, a spacious panoramic terrace furnished with a sofa and chairs offers sweeping views over the surrounding hills and the medieval town of Trequanda with its castle. Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, so the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you will find upon arrival, depending on the season of your visit.
The non-heated panoramic swimming pool is situated approximately 20 metres from the farmhouse and is reached via a short walking path through the garden. The rectangular pool, oval-shaped on one side, measures 5 by 10 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.20 metres to 1.85 metres. Entry into the water is via a ladder, and the pool is equipped with a chlorine purification system as well as an internal lighting system. The surrounding solarium area features traditional cotto paving and grass, and is furnished with tables, sunbeds, sun umbrellas, and a cold outdoor shower. Lovely olive trees frame the pool without obstructing the magnificent views of the countryside and the hills beyond. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
Unit Layout
Poderino is configured to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spread over 2 levels that are connected both internally and externally via sets of stairs. The ground floor is entered through the main entrance, which opens directly into the living room. To the right, a room housing a billiard table provides an entertaining space, while to the left, the dining area flows naturally into the fully equipped kitchen, which is adjacent to a pantry and laundry space. A service bathroom completes the ground floor layout.
The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area and includes 3 double bedrooms. One of these bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, offering a private and comfortable retreat. The remaining 2 double bedrooms, one of which is fitted with divisible beds that can be arranged to suit different sleeping configurations, share a second bathroom equipped with a shower. Also on the upper floor, a study with direct access to the panoramic terrace provides a quiet space for reading or remote work, with beautiful views over the Tuscan landscape.

The stone turret that formed the original structure has been thoughtfully expanded and refurbished in keeping with the authentic Tuscan architectural tradition, resulting in an interior that is both comfortable and full of character. The estate extends across approximately 2 hectares, offering guests a sense of privacy and immersion in nature that is truly rare. A private yard envelops the property, providing ample space to wander and unwind amid a rich variety of native trees and Mediterranean vegetation. Directly in front of the property, the picturesque village of Montisi comes into view, while turning westward reveals the magical lunar landscape of the Crete Senesi. To the east, the gaze travels across Radicofani and the ever-changing geometry of the Val d'Orcia, all the way to Montalcino beneath the towering silhouette of Mount Amiata. The estate's grounds are laced with pleasant walking paths shaded by a rich variety of native shrubs and tall trees, including maples, holm oaks, chestnuts, old oaks, lindens, and fruit trees such as fig, cherry, pear, and peach. A panoramic portico, furnished with a table and chairs, provides the perfect setting for alfresco dining with sweeping views, while a brickwork barbecue located just a few steps away invites guests to enjoy leisurely outdoor meals in true Tuscan style. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, so the appearance of flowering plants and garden grass may vary depending on the season of your visit. The non-heated swimming pool is situated approximately 15 metres from the house, on a slightly lower level, and is enclosed by a wooden and net fence with a gate for safety. South-facing and positioned to take full advantage of the panoramic views over the Val d'Orcia, the rectangular pool measures 4 x 8 metres with a constant depth of 1.10 metres. It is lined in PVC and equipped with chlorine purification, with a ladder providing easy access to the water. The surrounding sunbathing area is paved in pink stone, bordered on 2 sides by fragrant lavender bushes, and furnished with sunbeds. A solar-heated outdoor shower completes the pool area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
