Montepulciano can be reached on foot by the villa if you like walking.

A security deposit is required upon arrival, payable in cash to the property representative, and will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any accidental damages to the property. Please note that fans are not usable at this property. Heating in Italy is allowed by law from November 1 through April 1, with some exceptions for extreme weather conditions. Television service includes English channels available for your viewing. Dogs are accepted upon request. Baby beds and chairs are available upon request to accommodate families with young children.

A second portico, romantically draped in jasmine, is situated on the terrace at first floor level, in front of the French window of one of the first floor bedrooms, offering a more intimate outdoor retreat. The non-heated swimming pool occupies the most panoramic position on the property, set on a terrace at a higher level than the houses and reached via a few flights of steps followed by a stone path. South-facing and rectangular with one infinity side, it measures 6 x 12 metres with a depth ranging from 1.15 to 1.40 metres. Lined in PVC and bordered by travertine slabs that give way to a green lawn, the pool features 5 large steps for water access in one corner, chlorine purification, and internal lighting, with additional lighting in the surrounding area. Podere Collelungo welcomes a maximum of 2 animals, provided that their acceptance has been previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, their size, and their breed. An additional mandatory cleaning fee applies for stays involving animals.
The property has been subjected to a thorough check-up by a technical supervisor before the beginning of each season, to ensure the consistency of the description, the condition of all accessories listed, and their state of operation and maintenance, in order to guarantee quality, cleanliness, and comfort to all guests.
The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and gas for cooking use, as well as weekly linen change and both initial and final cleaning. The price also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee also provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations specified in the policy terms.
