From here you will be welcomed by a gloriously colourful garden with flower beds, bushes of Mediterranean herbs, cypresses, cedars and various specimens of exotic palms. The welcoming, comfortable terraced house "I Ciliegi" is located in a sunny, elevated position on a hill (470 m a.s.l.) in the characteristic, remote village of Riolo, ideal for detox lovers.
The guest will be able to privately enjoy: a swimming pool (4 x 2 m, depth 120 cm, open from May 1st to September 30), shower and toilet in the pool area, a 50 m2 terrace, garden furniture and barbecue, and a public parking on the street 50 meters far.
In the nearby town Bagni di Lucca (6 km distant, about 15 min by car) there are: a grocery store, supermarket, bar and restaurant 6 km away; the sandy beach "Versilia" 50 km away, the thermal pool "Bagni di Lucca" 6 km away (about 15 min by car). Property Il Molino is a beautiful stone building (100 sq m) that includes WiFi internet and private pool. The property can accommodate up to seven people comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Il Molino is located 12 km (8 mi) from Bagni Di Lucca, Italy and only 37 km (23 mi) from Lucca in the tourist area "Lucca - Garfagnana".
The house has a big garden, about 5000 sqm, and part of it (20 sqm) are fenced in case of the presence of a pet.
There is also a small cottage on the property where the owners spend a weekend from time to time in order to take care of the swimming pool and garden.
The house is equipped with wi-fi connection but being surrounded by forest the connection is not always stable.
