Podere Capanne is a portion of an old farmhouse set in the hills overlooking the charming medieval village of Rigomagno and much of the wide Chiana Valley. You will find the house in a landscape covered mostly by olive trees, interrupted here and there by small vineyards and lush oak woods. Ancient farmhouses, always in privileged positions, emerge from the vegetation, completing a natural landscape of rare beauty. A delight for your eyes, an enchanting place for your holidays.
You will find the house on the edge of a large olive grove of about 3 hectares, tended like a meadow that, from the top of the hill, with a harmonious succession of natural terraces, slowly slopes down towards a wooded gully.
A few steps from the house and immersed among the olive trees is the completely fenced swimming pool for your exclusive use (size 5x10 m - depth 1.10-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), a green oasis for your summer days. In front of the house you will have a large fenced-in courtyard equipped with a table and chairs on the nice porch, where you can enjoy grills and good local wine. The non-heated panoramic swimming pool is situated approximately 20 metres from the farmhouse and is reached via a short walking path through the garden. The rectangular pool, oval-shaped on one side, measures 5 by 10 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.20 metres to 1.85 metres. Entry into the water is via a ladder, and the pool is equipped with a chlorine purification system as well as an internal lighting system. The surrounding solarium area features traditional cotto paving and grass, and is furnished with tables, sunbeds, sun umbrellas, and a cold outdoor shower. Lovely olive trees frame the pool without obstructing the magnificent views of the countryside and the hills beyond. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.

Poderino is configured to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spread over 2 levels that are connected both internally and externally via sets of stairs. The ground floor is entered through the main entrance, which opens directly into the living room. To the right, a room housing a billiard table provides an entertaining space, while to the left, the dining area flows naturally into the fully equipped kitchen, which is adjacent to a pantry and laundry space. A service bathroom completes the ground floor layout.
The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area and includes 3 double bedrooms. One of these bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, offering a private and comfortable retreat. The remaining 2 double bedrooms, one of which is fitted with divisible beds that can be arranged to suit different sleeping configurations, share a second bathroom equipped with a shower. To the east, the gaze travels across Radicofani and the ever-changing geometry of the Val d'Orcia, all the way to Montalcino beneath the towering silhouette of Mount Amiata. The estate's grounds are laced with pleasant walking paths shaded by a rich variety of native shrubs and tall trees, including maples, holm oaks, chestnuts, old oaks, lindens, and fruit trees such as fig, cherry, pear, and peach. A panoramic portico, furnished with a table and chairs, provides the perfect setting for alfresco dining with sweeping views, while a brickwork barbecue located just a few steps away invites guests to enjoy leisurely outdoor meals in true Tuscan style. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, so the appearance of flowering plants and garden grass may vary depending on the season of your visit. The non-heated swimming pool is situated approximately 15 metres from the house, on a slightly lower level, and is enclosed by a wooden and net fence with a gate for safety. South-facing and positioned to take full advantage of the panoramic views over the Val d'Orcia, the rectangular pool measures 4 x 8 metres with a constant depth of 1.10 metres. It is lined in PVC and equipped with chlorine purification, with a ladder providing easy access to the water. The surrounding sunbathing area is paved in pink stone, bordered on 2 sides by fragrant lavender bushes, and furnished with sunbeds. A solar-heated outdoor shower completes the pool area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Monterzi accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 well-appointed bedrooms and 1 bathroom, distributed over 2 floors that are connected both by an internal staircase and an external one. Thanks to the sloping terrain on which the house is built, both floors benefit from direct access to the outdoors. The main entrance is located beneath the portico and is reached by climbing a few steps, leading into a welcoming living room with a dedicated dining area. On this floor, guests will find a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with joinable beds, the latter featuring a French window that opens directly to the outside. The single bathroom on this floor is equipped with a shower. A short flight of stairs descends to the lower floor, where the kitchen and laundry area are located. The kitchen also enjoys direct outdoor access through a French window, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the surrounding landscape.
