This floor features a typical built-in kitchen with 2 marble sinks and a dining area with direct access to the outdoors, as well as an elegant dining room connected to the living room and graced by an ornamental fireplace, with direct access to the garden. A bathroom with shower and a laundry area complete the ground floor.
