La Maccinaia 14 is located 980 m (3168 ft) from San Vincenti, Italy and only 38 km (24 mi) from Siena in the tourist area "Siena And Surroundings". Holiday rental La Maccinaia 14 is a beautiful stone building (650 sq m) that includes WiFi internet, air conditioning and private pool. The property can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably in seven bedrooms with seven bathrooms.

The property is equipped with the highest standard of modern comforts, including air-conditioning on the ground floor & second floor, wi-fi technology, a large flat screen television with satellite tv, and an especially well equipped kitchen.
Just across from the main villa there is a guest house built of stone that can sleep up to 6 people. This part of the property is of more recent construction, but maintains the same high level of the main villa.
The English speaking caretaker lives on the premises in an apartment with a separate entrance.
