The changeover day is Saturday, with a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights during high season and 3 nights during low season, though prices for shorter stays are available upon request. The property is available from April 1st to October 31st. Two service options are available to enhance your experience: Option 1 includes concierge service for all your requests along with bed linen and towel change on Wednesday, while Option 2 provides daily breakfast delivery with a housekeeper who will make up the beds and clean the kitchen each morning during a 3-hour service period. External chefs are not permitted at the estate, though you may arrange for a private chef or cooking classes through the property upon request. Social events accommodating more than 22 guests can be organized through the property's partners following management approval. You are required to provide a complete rooming list 1 week before your arrival. A pre-authorization is requested upon arrival for potential damages. The property is divided into independent living areas across 2 floors, making it an ideal retreat for larger groups who wish to enjoy both shared and private spaces. Within the grounds, uncovered parking is available for guests' convenience, and Wi-Fi connectivity ensures you remain connected throughout your stay. The expansive yard surrounding the villa encompasses a lush garden with a generous lawn, mature oaks, holm oaks, cypresses, and laurel hedges, creating a serene and private natural setting.
Outdoors
The outdoor spaces at Il Pratone are thoughtfully designed to cater to guests of all ages and interests. A gazebo with a dedicated dining area and barbecue is positioned near the kitchen entrance, providing a charming setting for al fresco meals, while a second barbecue and a ping pong table are located near the living room entrance. The main pool is oval in shape, measuring 13 x 7 metres with a constant depth of 1.20 metres, lined in golden granite PVC, and equipped with saltwater purification, Roman steps for access, and both internal and external lighting. A separate children's pool, rectangular in shape and measuring 6 x 1.5 metres with a depth of 0.50 metres, uses chlorine purification and is perfectly suited to younger swimmers. Both pools are non-heated. The surrounding solarium is part paved in porphyry and part lawn, furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas, tables, and a shower. The pool area is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

Beautiful farming estate comprising 6 restored units situated on the Chianti hills, a short distance from the village of Mercatale (with general stores) and 22 km from Florence away. This property offers large outdoor areas and a nice panoramic pool with splendid views over the surrounding vineyards (producing excellent wines). All of the apartments provide welcoming interiors furnished in a rustic style. The units Tenuta 1 and 2 are approx. 50 from the pool away while the remaining units are closer. By the pool, guests can enjoy use of a beautiful panoramic terrace with sun-umbrellas and sofas and of a covered area with WI-FI in internet connection (WI-FI internet is also available near the reception, closer the units Tenuta 1 and 2).
The access to the property is via an unpaved road suitable to any car.
