Approximately 50 metres from the farmhouse, reached via a level path followed by 60 wooden steps or through the olive grove, lies the magnificent swimming pool. The non-heated pool measures 13 x 6 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.50 to 1.80 metres, and features a PVC lining with a stone border and Roman steps for easy water access. Its purification system is salt-based, ensuring clean and gentle water throughout the season. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Surrounding the pool is a stone-paved solarium area equipped with sunbeds, a swing chair, a gazebo, and 2 majestic palm trees that provide welcome shade during the warmest hours of the day. The villa is spread over two levels and the main entrance leads to the ground floor where the very large living area is distributed, consisting of an open plan with living room, comfortable and soft sofas, Smart TV, fireplace and dining table that communicates comfortably with the built-in kitchen. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a service bathroom and a laundry room complete the floor. The living room, dining room and bedroom have direct exits to the garden through French windows that make indoor and outdoor spaces easily accessible. Going upstairs, from an internal brick staircase, there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower, a double bedroom with a large private terrace (20 square meters) with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower and to complete the floor a study (it is a loft with a view of the living room below the ground floor) with a double sofa bed. The bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen and the loft are all equipped with air conditioning.
Park:
The garden covers about 2,500 square meters and is completely fenced with hedges and mesh. The lawn is enriched with flowers, shrubs, tall trees and a small vegetable garden. A wooden gazebo, equipped with table, chairs, built-in barbecue, wood oven and sink, is located next to the villa and is furnished for dining and relaxing outdoors. A second outdoor dining area is placed under a porch near the main entrance. Inside the gate there are two parking areas for a total of four parking spaces, including one with automatic opening. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a bright and spacious living room featuring large glass doors, sweeping countryside views, and a beautiful stone fireplace alongside a dining table. A fully equipped kitchen with wooden beams and local details provides everything needed to enjoy home-cooked meals. A double bedroom and a bathroom with shower also complete the ground floor. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where 2 additional double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower are located. Please note that the internal staircase leading to the 2 bedrooms on the first floor has no railing, therefore children up to 12 years of age must be constantly supervised. Air conditioning is available in the living area and in the upstairs bedrooms, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay during the summer months, and is included in the rental price. Heating is metered and billed according to consumption. Final cleaning is included in the rental price. A refundable security deposit of 300,00 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned before departure, less any charge in case of damage. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 9:30. Late check-in after 6:00 PM until 11:00 PM is available upon request, and check-in later than 11:00 PM must be organized in advance and may require additional fees. A tourist tax of 8,00 euros per person per night applies for the first 4 nights, with children under 12 years of age exempt. Upon request, a range of additional services is available, including a Cook Service, Cooking classes, and a Personalized concierge service to book tours, tickets, restaurant reservations, and assist with daily planning. The team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via an emergency contact provided at check-in.
