This apartment represents the largest communal area, ideal for the full group to gather together. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and a large bathroom with shower. The second apartment, also accessed from the ground floor, features a living room, a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that can accommodate up to 10 people, 1 bathroom with shower, and a laundry room. On the first floor of this apartment, there are 2 double bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, which is included in the rental price, along with a dishwasher, washing machine, and satellite TV. Heating is available and metered separately. The owner resides approximately 500 meters from the villa, ensuring that guests enjoy full privacy and exclusive use of the entire estate, including the pool, while remaining readily available to assist with any requests. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 9:30. The minimum stay is 1 week, and during high season bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. A late check-in after 7:00 PM until 11:30 PM is available, and check-in later than 11:30 PM must be arranged in advance and may require additional fees. A refundable security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned before departure, less any charges in the event of damage. A tourist tax of 8 euros per person per night applies for the first 4 nights, with children under 12 years of age exempt. Final cleaning is included in the rental price. Pets are permitted at the owner's discretion and require prior approval. Please be aware that 2 dogs and a donkey already reside on the property. Every day offers a new opportunity to enjoy something different: relax in the panoramic garden, take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool (8x4 meters, 1.20 meters deep, fenced – open from May 1st to September 30th), or engage in exciting matches of volleyball or tennis on the small multi-purpose sports ground (18x9 meters). You can also enjoy table tennis, billiards, or foosball for some friendly competition. Children can play in the children's playground next to the swimming pool. After dinner in the gazebo next to the pool you will be delighted by the sunsets, which offer different lights and colours every day.
You will certainly not be inclined to leave the house, but as there are beautiful towns and cities rich in art nearby, we would advise you not to miss the opportunity to visit them. Torrita di Siena, Montepulciano and Pienza are all within a maximum of 20 km, Siena is 50 km away.
