A refundable security deposit of 1500 euros is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash; it will be returned upon departure, less any costs for damages or unpaid fees. The minimum rental period is 1 week, with Saturday as the changeover day. Check-in is available from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm, and check-out must be completed before 10.00 am. Casa Paggetti is an ancient stone farmhouse located in the village of Pescina, in the Chianti hills, with panoramic views of vineyards, olive groves and woods. Dating back to the 17th century, the house belonged to the Paggetti family, whose coat of arms is still visible on the facade. Restored to respect its historic character, the villa is spread over three floors and retains original elements such as terracotta floors, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and period furniture, with parquet in the bedrooms. The garden, shaded by tall cypress trees, is arranged on terraces and lawns furnished with outdoor dining areas and lounges, as well as an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and wood oven. A swimming pool and a heated hot tub complete the picture. In a hilly position, the villa is ideal for exploring Greve in Chianti, Florence and the entire Chianti Classico area.

The villa is spread over three levels for a total of about 550 square meters. The villa is surrounded by a fenced terraced garden of about 3000 square meters, bordered by stone walls and high hedges. The garden is spread over three levels. The stone-paved upper level includes a shaded dining area with table and umbrella, a seating area covered by a shade sail, a built-in barbecue and a wood-burning oven. Flowerpots, vines and cypresses complete the green setting around the house. A stone staircase leads to the second level, with a tiled area where there is a relaxation area, the entrance to the basement and access to the covered garage. On this level there is also the driveway gate, accessible from a small road that runs along the property and leads to the internal car park. The surrounding lawn houses the pool with solarium. Finally, a second staircase leads to the lower level, planted with olive trees and a cherry and fig orchard, bordered by a stone border. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located a few meters from the house, on the second level of the garden; it is accessed via a stone staircase or along a path in the lawn. Irregularly shaped, it measures about 12 x 10 m with a depth varying from 1.20 to 1.80 m; it is covered in PVC and bordered with terracotta finishes; access to the water is via a Roman staircase. The pool is equipped with internal lighting and a chlorine purification system. The surrounding solarium area is partly paved with stone and partly with lawn; it is furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and a lounge area. In this same area there is also an outdoor shower and a 2 x 2.20 m heated hot tub, with three seats. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Paved terraces, particularly the generous one situated between the main house and the annex, are perfectly suited for setting up long tables for convivial al fresco dining and shared moments. Ground floor rooms open directly onto the garden, where large furnished terraces allow you to soak in the peaceful atmosphere of the surrounding countryside. The property is accessed via a dirt road that leads directly into the estate, and the parking area, located behind the house in a secluded section of the property, includes a partly covered garage for 1 car and uncovered spaces for up to 6 vehicles. The garage also serves as a storeroom equipped with a chest freezer and a laundry area. A dedicated storeroom beneath the swimming pool houses the pool's technical equipment as well as farm tools and machinery.
The non-heated swimming pool is a focal point of the outdoor experience, positioned 30 metres from both the farmhouse and the annex on a terrace paved with terracotta and partially enclosed by fragrant hedges of laurel, oleander, rosemary, helichrysum, and lavender. The annex, the second independent building, is composed of a sitting room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. The land of the villa covers about 2000 square meters of Mediterranean scrub, with olive trees, strawberry trees and cypress trees. A flat terrace around the villa area creates a pleasant outdoor environment for relaxation surrounded by nature. In front of the villa, a shaded terrace includes a porch with sofas and dining table overlooking the pool and surrounding hills. A gravel driveway leads to the parking area with space for up to six cars. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.

The pool is located about 3 m from the villa in a panoramic position with a view of the surrounding hills; it has an infinity side and measures 7 x 3 m, with a depth of 1.20 m to 1.70 m; it can be heated on request (it takes 2-3 days to reach a temperature of 26-28°C); it is purified with salt and is equipped with internal lighting that turns on automatically at dusk or can be activated manually; the surrounding sunbathing area is paved in stone and is equipped with sun loungers, umbrella and outdoor shower with cold water; the pool It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
