The garden covers about 3,000 square meters and is completely fenced. It includes areas of natural grass that follow the course of the land in the most distant part. Next to Unit 1 is a gazebo with dining area and built-in barbecue. A second gazebo with table, chairs and gas barbecue is located beyond a hedge and connects with the living area of Unit 2.
