The park also features an orchard with seasonal fruit including apples, cherries, apricots and plums, as well as a dedicated area with aromatic herbs available for guests to use. A mini volleyball court offers a fun recreational option, and the surrounding wooded area provides numerous paths for walking and hiking. The non-heated swimming pool is located behind the property on a lower terrace adjacent to the villa, accessible via a short downhill path. Rectangular in shape and measuring 4 x 8 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres, the pool is lined in grey granito and bordered by teak wood flooring, equipped with chlorine purification, 3 internal spotlights and submerged steps for water access. The surrounding sunbathing area features sunbeds, a cold-water shower and a comfortable sofa area with an awning. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. A small annex housing the laundry room is also located within the park, reached via a few stone steps.

This charming villa stands on the Lucca hills, in a beautiful panoramic position overlooking the plain of Lucca, with a breathtaking view that soars over the silver foliage of the typical olive trees up to the Monti Pisani. The villa has two floors: on the ground floor, coming in from the parking area, you go into the entrance hall with, on the left, the TV room and then on to the dining room with a Tuscan fireplace and to the typical, fully-equipped kitchen with shelves in Carrara marble, both with access to the portico. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a shower. Going up the first flight of stairs you come to the mezzanine floor with an elegant sitting room and then, continuing up the stairs to the second floor you come to a reading area with a small sofa and the sleeping area with two twin bedrooms, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with tub.

Villa Il Colle di Moriano is surrounded by a garden of 2000 sq m, completely bordered along the perimeter by lush hedges to guarantee privacy but without depriving you of the view over the beautiful hilly landscape on the south side of the property. After the automatic entrance gate, a gravel road adorned with rocks and hydrangeas takes you to the parking area located conveniently close to the entrance of the villa. From here you are welcomed by a triumph of colours: flowerbeds, bushes of Mediterranean herbs, cypresses and olive trees typical of the Lucca area. Completing all this is a beautiful lawn with a lovely, fully-equipped swimming pool. On the north side of the villa is the spacious shady portico, communicating with the kitchen and set up for unforgettable meals plus a brick-built barbecue.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool lies surrounded by greenery, offering guests a unique view of the rolling hills typical of the Lucca area. Located at the back of the property, a few metres from the house, it is reached across the lawn. Rectangular-shaped, it measures 6 x 12 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m and has Roman steps for access to the water. Lined in blue Sardinia PVC with a terracotta edge, it has salt purification. The wooden perimetral solarium is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas.The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.

Villa Saida is built respecting the traditions of Tuscany, using materials available in the area, like wooden beams and rafters handcrafted on local walnut. Also materials for roof and floor are handmade in Tuscany. Certainly modernity is not forgotten. The value of the structure does not derive only from the high quality of the materials and from many comforts, but also from its location: in fact, on an area from where we can enjoy an unique view of the Alpi Apuane (the marble mountains), the Rocca Ariostesca in the centre of Castelnuovo, reachable walking on a shaded road, the Monte Alfonso and its fortress (that is part of the natural park of the Alpi Apuane) and finally the Appennino. In the river Serchio Valley we can see the Villetta bridge, one of the highest rail bridge of Italy. On the left we can admire the Pania della Croce, while on the right the beautiful "Pania di Corfino", a rocky group on which there is the Orecchiella Park, and at the far end the pass of the Radici inside the Appennino Park that, when snowy in winter, is a incredible sight. The area offers the possibility to practise many sports (trekking, golf, mountain bike, horse riding, in addition of the near tennis courts and soccer fields). Also other outdoor activities are available for a complete relaxation.
A little farer than twenty kilometres there are the Bagni di Lucca baths, already famous at the roman age, where there are particular kind of warm and healthy waters and mud. Many Tuscan tourist resorts are easily reachable: art and historic towns like Lucca, Pisa, Firenze are close to the Villa. Less than an hour is needed to reach the Versilia seaside, while in winter there are many locations where we can go skiing (Careggine, Casone di Profecchia, Abetone, Radici e Val di Luce).
PARK: The Villa lies in a wonderful garden of about 4.066 square yards, confines with the wood at one side and has a fence all around with an entrance equipped by an automated gate and divided in two: one for cars and a second for persons.

The pool, from where you can see a wonderful sight, is 14 X 6 meters and constantly deep 1,50 meter .+ Hydro massage area of 90 cm. depth. about. There are four positions for water message and is equipped by garden furniture like easy chairs and beds for sun baths.

The OWNER lives about 2 km from the villa, so he is available for any need of the renters. The villa offers a very good privacy; only when cleanings of the pool, and garden maintainance are necessary, the owner can come to the villa, but he is glad to arrange this with the renters in advance, and come when they prefer.
