Mulino al Suono is composed of three flats on staggered levels that are not communicating with each other, however the large spaces allow the group to gather for lunches, dinners.
The first two flats are in the old Mill dating back to 1100. While the New Mill (the one that still contains the millstones) dates back to 1800.

The outdoor spaces of La Casa di Elsa are among its most captivating features, arranged across 3 large terraces that descend gracefully through the garden. Lawns enlivened by colourful flower pots, mature trees typical of the Tuscan landscape, including chestnuts, oaks, cypresses, walnut, hazelnut, cherry, and apple trees, create a rich and varied natural setting full of interesting corners to discover. An outdoor seating area furnished with sofas and armchairs invites relaxation in the open air, while a panoramic terrace equipped with a brickwork barbecue offers the perfect spot for preparing and enjoying grilled meals in the company of family or friends. The woods and olive grove that border the garden form part of the wider 4-hectare estate, lending the property an exceptional sense of seclusion and tranquillity. From the main entrance, 2 charming paths wind through the woods alongside little streams, leading guests to the village centre in just a few minutes on foot. A few large steps cross the lawn along the 20 metres separating the house from the panoramic swimming pool, which is set on the lowest terrace of the garden and clearly visible from the rooms and patio. The non-heated pool measures 5 x 11 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m, is edged in stoneware tiles, lined in PVC, and features salt purification. Roman steps lead into the water, and the pool is equipped with both internal and external lighting. The surrounding solarium area extends over a level surface that is partly paved and mostly lawn, furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, and served by a cold-water shower. The many trees throughout the garden create numerous areas of natural shade, particularly welcome during the warmest days of summer. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning that the appearance of flowering plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

The outdoor spaces of Rosa dei Venti are a true celebration of the Umbrian landscape and the art of open-air living. The garden surrounding the house is a succession of beautifully maintained grassy areas supported by shrubs of Mediterranean herbs, including lavender, rosemary, myrtle, and thyme, which adorn the wall-escarpment and fill the constant breeze with freshness and fragrance. Young olive trees, pomegranates, and cypress trees punctuate the large expanse of lawn, while winding paths lined with flowering tufts of gaura lead to the 2 ground floor entrances of the house. Two outdoor areas have been thoughtfully arranged beneath the porticos in front of the house: one dedicated to alfresco dining, positioned beside the dining room French window and equipped with a barbecue, and another designed for relaxation, furnished with a sofa and chairs. A short path climbs through the scenic lavender and rosemary-covered wall and over a small wooden ramp to reach the spectacular pool area, a natural terrace that stretches to the horizon and embraces the lands of the lower Val di Chiana. At its centre lies the stunning non-heated infinity pool, south-facing and equally enchanting by night, where a sophisticated interplay of internal and external lighting creates a magical atmosphere. The pool measures 6 x 13 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, is bordered with ceramic tiles, lined in PVC, and features salt purification. Access to the water is via large steps.
