In front of the house you will have a large fenced-in courtyard equipped with a table and chairs on the nice porch, where you can enjoy grills and good local wine. Podere Capanne is an old residence that has retained the characteristics and atmosphere of times gone by. The house is located just a few kilometres from Siena and Arezzo, and we certainly recommend a visit to both. The ground floor features a large living area with elegant sofas, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 1 full bathroom. The first floor hosts 5 double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room and minibar fridge; 1 bedroom can be converted into twin beds upon request, and 2 bedrooms can each accommodate an additional single bed. All rooms overlook the park. The basement includes a second kitchen, a spacious open-plan area for activities such as wine tasting and cooking classes, a cellar stocked with fine Tuscan wines including Montalcino, Montepulciano, and Chianti, a living area with sofas, and a billiard table. The basement also houses the spa, featuring a jacuzzi bath, relaxation lounges, a sauna, a Turkish bath, an emotional shower, and changing and massage rooms. The dependence offers a ground-floor kitchen, a living area with a double sofa bed, and a first-floor double bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.

Use of the spa is available at an additional cost of 400 euros per day. The rental price includes final cleaning, air conditioning and heating, gym access, and pool towels.
