A Wednesday cleaning service of 3 hours is included in the rental. Final cleaning is not included in the rental and is charged separately. A security deposit of 800 euros is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash; it will be returned upon departure, less any damages or unpaid fees. Electricity and air-conditioning are included in the rental up to 300 kW, with any consumption exceeding this threshold charged per kW. Heating is available and billed upon consumption per litre. The minimum stay requirement is 3 nights during low and mid season, and 1 week during high season. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out must be completed before 10:00 am.
