The Agriturismo Bevignano, at the centre of a thriving farm with 70 hectares of woodland and 1,200 silver olive trees, has ancient origins. Upon your arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit of 1000 euros, which will be returned at the end of your stay minus any costs for damage incurred. Pets are welcome at the property for an additional fee. If you require accommodation for 10 guests rather than the full 12-person capacity, one of the bedrooms with a shared bathroom will remain closed. The villa offers professional services available on request, including gardener assistance, maid service, and chef services to enhance your stay. Please note that for the 2026 season, both heater usage and air conditioning consumption are included in the rental rates. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of your host municipality.
