The ground floor of the property is used from time to time by the owners (access from the side of the house) without using the garden and swimming pool area, to respect your privacy.

After arriving you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of shopping. There is a kitchen including coffee machine, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to five people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished garden where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.
