Beautiful vineyards and olive groves surround the estate and produce excellent Chianti Classico wine and olive oil (available for the clients to be tasted and purchased). This property is situated among green hills but at the same time it is very close to the small town of San Donato (walking distance) offering nice restaurants, pizzerias and all main services.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road suitable for any kind of car.

From its secluded position the views are absolutely stunning, with all the windows framing a picture of the lovely Chianti countryside at its best. There is a pathway leading to the beautiful swimming pool with overflow effect, in a particularly panoramic position. The pool has a large shallow end for children. To the rear of the property, is a converted barn where the housekeeper lives.
There is a 1 km unmade driveway leading to Camporempoli. It was partially cemented at the end of 2013 in order to make it more easily accessible.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - sightseeing, visiting museums, shopping or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can unwind with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany.
