Villa Poggio Falcone is located on the edge of interesting tourist itineraries dedicated to the discovery of the Etruscans and nature. The town of Chiusi is only 7 km away, while Castiglione del Lago and Lake Trasimeno are 13 km away.
A few tens of metres from the villa is the 'Sentiero della Bonifica' (Land Reclamation Path), an interesting pedestrian-cycling route that connects Arezzo to Chiusi along the Canale Maestro della Chiana. The route is quite flat and therefore suitable for walks and cycling for the whole family. For nature lovers and birdwatchers, on the other hand, there is the Montepulciano Oasis just 10 minutes away.
It won't be difficult to make families with children or groups of friends happy in such a beautiful location, combining interesting day trips with relaxing days around the large private swimming pool (size m. 6x12, depth m. 1.00-1.60 - open from 01st May to 30th September) with solarium equipped with sun beds, tables, chairs and umbrellas.
