Casa Torrione is configured as a main two-storey building divided into 2 separate units with no internal communication between them, complemented by a small adjacent annex, together accommodating a maximum of 14 guests across 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Unit 1 is entered through the main entrance, which opens into a bright and spacious living area comprising a large dining room and a smaller room connected to a fully equipped built-in kitchen featuring a fireplace-barbecue, with direct access to the back garden. A terracotta staircase at the entrance leads to the first floor, where the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: a twin bedroom with joinable beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, and a second twin bedroom, with the double and second twin sharing a bathroom with bathtub. Unit 2 occupies the ground floor with a spacious living room where sofas are arranged around an antique fireplace facing the garden, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. The 2,000-square-meter park features gently sloping terrain, with the house positioned at its highest point and the remaining grounds unfolding below. Scattered throughout are areas equipped for outdoor dining, sunbathing, and leisurely relaxation, including armchairs ideal for an aperitif and comfortable hammocks suspended in the shade of mature trees. A flourishing garden surrounds the property, showcasing an exceptional variety of plant life, from potted flowers and prized English roses to fragrant irises, apple, pear, and fig trees, olive trees, cypresses, oaks, plane trees, large rosemary and lavender bushes, numerous aromatic herbs, and a vegetable garden available for guests to enjoy. Adjacent to the house on the kitchen side, a pergola shelters a large table and chairs, perfect for al fresco meals. Campodalto accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 well-appointed bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, distributed over 2 floors connected to one another via an external staircase. The ground floor is entered through a small loggia and features an open-plan living area comprising a dining room, a kitchen that connects directly to the pergola, and a living room with a fireplace. This floor also houses 2 double bedrooms, both with direct access to the garden and a television with digital terrestrial reception. The first double bedroom includes a fireplace and an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. The second double bedroom is served by an en-suite bathroom with shower, which, thanks to a double-door configuration, can also be accessed from the main living area.
