Additional outdoor seating and dining areas are arranged in front of the annexes, sheltered by verandas and porches, perfect for convivial gatherings or quiet moments of private relaxation. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool occupies a private terrace positioned at a lower level than the villa, approximately 30 metres from the house and accessed via 2 gates and a short stone staircase. The pool measures 15 x 7 metres with a depth ranging from a minimum of 1.40 metres to a maximum of 2.5 metres. The tub is covered in PVC with a stone edge and is accessible via a ladder or internal steps on one side. The purification system is hybrid, alternating chlorine with active ions. The surrounding lawn is furnished with a gazebo, deckchairs, and armchairs, while a cold-water shower and a bathroom with shower are also available in the pool area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

This holiday villa for rent forms a single complex with the adjoining medieval Tower. The two buildings are in a position of extraordinary beauty and can accommodate up to 14 people.
On the ground floor, the holiday villa in Tuscany, offers a large living-room, a dining room, a perfectly equipped kitchen, a single bedroom and two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom. All three bathrooms have a shower, sink, WC and bidet.
On the upper floor are two living rooms – one with a large fireplace – a small study, a double bedroom, two rooms with twin beds and a laundry room. The two bathrooms, one with bath/shower and the other with shower only, have a sink, WC and bidet.
Next to the villa for vacation, which has an overall area of 240 sq.m,, is the fascinating 12th century Tower, 95 sq.m on five levels. The Tower was inhabited in the 15th century by the cartographer Paolo Toscanelli dal Pozzo, who had a decisive influence on Christopher Columbus’ decision to sail west in search of the East Indies.
Inside is an equipped kitchen with fireplace, a single bedroom, a living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink, WC and bidet.
Outside is a splendid private swimming pool with sunshade and deckchairs, surrounded by a superb green area equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.
The swimming pool, which is for exclusive use of the guests of the villa, measure 11.5 x 5.5 metres and is 1.5 deep. Open from May till October (depending on the weather). Filtration with chlorine. Villa Linchiano
